Executive Chef Joosung Lee
Chef Lee is classically trained, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and brings 20+ years of experience across luxury hotels, private clubs, and elevated dining destinations. His career has taken him through leadership roles with The Joule Hotel, Montage Hotels & Resorts, The St. Regis, and standout dining concepts throughout California and Texas, with a strong emphasis on Italian and Japanese fine dining, thoughtful technique, and memorable guest experiences.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef J is all about life, culture, and a little friendly competition. He’s married with two children, loves to travel, enjoys great wine, and frequently heads to Japan to explore and deepen his appreciation for sake. He’s bilingual in English and Korean, plays in a table tennis league, and is known for being both competitive and fun.
